Outdoor Classroom

Our Outdoor Classroom

The Park View Elementary Outdoor Classroom was established with grant funds and community donations. Teachers can conduct classes in our outdoor classroom, where students can learn about plant care, environmental science, planning and organizational skills, teamwork. Outdoor education also promotes social-emotional development and can instill a curiosity for students about the natural world. Gardening Club students also care for plants and resources in the outdoor classroom.
