Makerspace

Our library has a Makerspace! Makerspace is part of being a STEM school. It is exactly what it is called, which is a place to make things! 

 

What can students do in the makerspace? They can complete building and design challenges, or make custom creations that they invent. Often, we will read a book together and create something in response to that. 

 

Currently, we have Ozobots, Code and Go Mice, circuitry kits, Legos, K'nex, and simple tools like Play Dough and toothpicks.
